What is a WOD?

WOD: The “Workout of the Day” is the workout CrossFitters perform on a given day. Many individuals and affiliates follow CrossFit.com’s WODs, others do their own programming.

At CrossFit Leman, Euan Robertson, the owner and head coach programs exercise classes specifically for the members.

The first thing people do when they come to our gym and fitness center is to gather around the whiteboard to check what the “chef” has cooked up for them.
