What is my level?
This class is for you if you are starting with CrossFit or/and are not familiar with the principal movements. Classes focuses on technique and mastering basic movements. Weights are lighter and training volume is less intense than other levels
For 0 to 6 months of CrossFit or 0 to 100 sessions
This class is for you if you practised CrossFit for a longer period. You are familiar with most of the weightlifting, powerlifting and basic gymnastics movements. You can sometimes do the workout as RX’ (no modifications)
For 6 to 18 months of CrossFit or 75 to 250 sessions
This class is for you if you master most of the weightlifting, powerlifting and more complex gymnastics movements. You can do most of the workouts as RX’ (no modifications)
For more than 18 months of CrossFit or more than 200 sessions
Any level is welcome.
You can come at any time during those hours to do the Workout of the Day or of your choice
1 hour of mobility to work on health of joints and flexibility of muscles aimed to improve good movement
This class is designed for people who want to start moving. You will start gently by increasing mobility and making your body stronger throughout targeted exercises. The intensity will be kept to a minimum as well as impact.
