Yesterday you had a think about the smallest change you could make to improve your life.

Today, you will create simple strategies on how to stick to that change, using ‘if…then’ strategies. Life will always throw a wrench into your plans so plan on that wrench. Here are some examples:

  • ‘If I can’t make it to the gym today, then I will do 3 rounds of 20 burpees and 20 sit ups when I get home’
  • ‘If I’m given a box of chocolates, then I will give them to my skinniest friend’
  • ‘If I go out to a restaurant, then I’ll order a salad as a starter’

Notice there are no ‘negatives’ in the plans!
