A little about our workouts:

Since November 2021, CrossFit Léman has been following CAP – CrossFit Affiliate Programming which is the official CrossFit workout of the day program.

CrossFit Léman’s full program can be found in our beyondthewhiteboard app. This app allows you to track your progress, set performance goals, track nutrition, preview the movements and workouts up to one week in advance. It is the gold standard of CrossFit progress tracking apps and is free with a CrossFit Léman membership.

For our more advanced members and more experienced CrossFitters we have additional work and more challenging workouts – these can be found under the ‘Compete’ and ‘Lifting’ tracks within the beyondthewhiteboard.com app. We also have a ‘Home WOD’ track for members that are following from home or travelling!
