A little about our workouts:
In June 2019, CrossFit Léman partnered with CompTrain for our programming and workouts. CompTrain programming is written by Ben Bergeron who is considered one of the top coaches in the sport of CrossFit. A former Ironman triathlete turned CrossFit Games competitor, Ben has coached CrossFit athletes to seven CrossFit Games titles – the most famous of which is Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir.
CompTrain Class is not a competitive program, instead it delivers world-class programming detailed through a 60-minute timeline. It is the base of all of CompTrain’s competitive workouts though, and therefore CompTrain Class allows regular athletes and competitors to participate with group classes as one community.
CrossFit Léman’s full program can be found in our beyondthewhiteboard app. This app allows you to track your progress, set performance goals, track nutrition, preview the movements and workouts up to one week in advance. It is the gold standard of CrossFit progress tracking apps and is free with a CrossFit Léman membership.
