CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements

But what does that even mean?
Our fitnes center gets you ready for life, for everyday activities, for weekend sports, for playing with your children. We make your life better and easier by making you fitter. We help you lose weight, get stronger and run farther all at the same time!
In short, we help you get into the best shape of your life.
Our health fitness club is rooted in some values. The values are Health, Community, Fun and Learning. This means that everything we do is geared towards getting you better health, and we do it in a supportive, welcoming, warm and safe environment. We clearly have fun whilst doing it too, because we know that if you don’t enjoy it you won’t keep doing it, and we’ve been doing it for over 10 years! Lastly, we teach you how to sustain and keep your long-term health, no more yoyo diets for you. We teach you good and safe movement and we teach you good nutrition – lessons that will stay with you long term.
Crossfit center has coaches and our mission is to make you more awesome, for good.
So what can CrossFit Leman do for you?
- It’s great for cardiovascular conditioning, and it will increase your endurance.
- It’s a calorie blaster! Up to 700 calories burned in one session!
- By learning the proper techniques for lifting heavy things from the floor and putting them overhead, your risk of injury in your everyday life significantly decreases.
- It will make you feel like you are on a team. The CrossFit atmosphere is very much like that of a sports team … take one class and you’ll see.
