We are thrilled to announce that CrossFit Leman will be hosting two double under seminars the 20th, 21st and 27th of April 2016. Save the date, this seminar sold really fast last time we held it.

The JumpNrope instructors travel worldwide teaching this highly-effective (and entertaining!) two-hour seminar. Since 2011 JumpNRope has conducted over 350 Double Under Seminars around the world, teaching the double under skill to athletes and coaches of all abilities. The response and effectiveness to our one-of-a-kind seminars have been so outstanding that we continue to receive inquiries every day from gyms wanting to host.  In order to keep up with the demand we continue to tour around the world training athletes of all skill levels.

The JumpNrope Double Under Seminar is unique because we are the only company that offers the athletes and affiliate owners with jump rope instruction that was created by competitive jump rope athletes and coaches. There is a reason JumpNrope has a 10,000 sqft facility dedicated to jump rope training – it is what we do, and we do it well.

Focus:
Consistency & confidence with the Double Under skill.  Not only will you improve dramatically on this difficult CrossFit skill, but you will leave with the tools to improve on your own moving forward!

Skill Levels:
All ages & skill levels are welcome!

You can register directly at the box by putting your name on the board of via you regular class registration app (link below and then “sign up” menu).

For non members:
When you register through our website, you will be contacted by a member of our team and you will receive an electronic invoice with our account information the for the seminar. Your spot will be booked once we receive the payment.
You can pay by e-banking or BVR. We also have a paypal account if you prefer to pay through that method or you can come by during class hours and pay cash or by card.
If you are not able to attend the seminar, we will refund your registration until the 24th of April. After that no refund is possible.
