The month of October is dedicated to the Night against cancer. But the Night is even more Nierce when one of your own is concerned. Our dear friend Petra is now battling against this ill. So all our boxes are participating to raise money for the Ligue Vaudoise against Cancer. In each one you will Nind a designated piggy bank where you can donate and show your support.
On Sunday the 5th of November CrossFit Leman is throwing a new edition of the Rowathon to get together and Night this time as a unit. So team up and join us on that day from 9:00- 12:00 for a 5 people team.

We will be selling paleo pastries and smoothies on that day and all the beneNits will go towards the Ligue. A pot luck lunch will be held afterwards. So bring your favorite healthy dish to share!
