Join us for a first edition of the Strength Workshop led by Euan Robertson at CrossFit Leman Nyon (44 route de Divonne in 1260 Nyon). The two-hour workshop will have a theoretical part during which Euan will cover the different aspects concerning the increase in strength, the different muscle fibres and how to work them effectively as well as a practical part during which you will test your muscular efficiency and will find the best approach for you.
Registration is open on Eventbright for Friday, February 28. The workshop will last 2 hours and start at 18:00.
